My Legs Just Won't Relax Restless Leg Syndrome The Cause and Correction The purpose of this paper is to present a new approach to the probable origin of a condition known as the Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS). This condition is at an epidemic proportion in the United States with over twelve million estimated cases and whose cause and cure has evaded medical science. Careful analysis of the lower spinal dynamics in over one hundred cases has led me to the conclusion that the probable cause of RLS is postural abnormality and can be corrected with proper nutrition and exercise. This even includes chronic cases, such as those twenty years in duration. Many people around America, as many as twelve million, are desperately in search of a good nights sleep. When they lie down at night, strange sensations begin to occur in their legs. This indescribable twitching, crawling, and tingling sensation plagues them. Only moving the legs around or getting up and walking will bring any ease to their suffering. As one person describes it, "When I lie down to sleep, my legs just won't relax". Many medical research groups have tried but cannot find the cause of RLS. Is there a basic cause for all sufferers? The author says, "Yes, there is a common denominator found in over 100 cases ranging from mild to severe symptoms and from six months to those that have been twenty years in duration.
